Does this replace my receptionist?

Not at all. Think of it like giving your receptionist a superpower. The system answers instantly anytime no one is available to answer (even in the middle of the night), so no customer ever slips through.

Do I need a new phone number?

Nope. We connect to your existing business number. Customers keep calling the same number they always have.

What happens if someone texts back?

You or your team will see the reply and can pick up the conversation. Every customer reply goes into a simple shared inbox that you and your team can see. You can also view everything in a dashboard that shows conversations, missed calls, and results. That way, nothing slips through the cracks and you always know what’s happening.

How fast can this be set up?

Usually within 1–3 business days once we have your business details and your text message authentication is approved. Please note that carriers require businesses to complete a one-time text messaging verification process before SMS features can be activated. The faster you provide accurate information and complete that step, the faster we can finish setup.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final. You can cancel anytime, and your system will stop at the end of your billing cycle. No contracts, no hidden fees.
